Jerry and Ulrike Lillard

Senior Pastors and Worship Leader

Ulli and I have been together for 46 years and we have four children and 11 grandchildren. I (Jerry) came to the Lord in 1976 while stationed in South Korea with the US Army. I thank God that he pulled me out of a spiralling lifestyle of addiction, and other self-destructive habits. I grew up in a military family, travelled extensively with them, and continued to do so after joining the military in 1974, and serving for 10 years. It was during this time that I met and led my wife to Jesus. We left the Army in 1984 to serve the Lord in Germany, where I helped a couple of Churches, and then planted a German Church, which Ulli and I Pastored for 8 years. This Church sent us to the Czech Republic in January 1996, where we served in bible schools, and local churches for the first 2 years, and then planted another church here in Prague. We are so happy to be the Pastors of this Church for the last 28 years.

Husband and wife, parents, ministers, teachers and students at the same time. To us, Life and Church are inseparable. Serving in the church (serving God and His people = you) is not something that is isolated from the "daily life". It is an honor and a joy to be a part of the wonderful LifeChurch family. I gave my life to Christ during the times of communist totalitarianism and I still remain in awe of His incredible goodness. My vision and philosophy is to serve God in the church, that walks in the footsteps of Jesus Christ. It is also my desire that the church will fulfill the prophecy of Haggai (2: 6-9). I am doing everything possible in my ministry to lead and build people on Christ's and the apostolic teachings.

The Love of God has changed our lives in tremendous ways during our youth and young adulthood. This is one of the reasons why we have dedicated our lives to serve the upcoming generations at LIFE CHURCH. As youth pastors we believe that next generation will turn the world upside down. It is our great honour to serve God and to all young people at LIFE Church. Our hearts are already linked with so many young souls and we are blessed to see how they are growing up in love and caring for each other. It is our passion is to help all the youth find God's amazing love and purpose for their lives.
